Welcome on the r.o.s “Solar observers meeting” website

13 and 14  of June 2026 Solar observers meeting at Serbannes (Allier - France).

The 20th December 2025, the next ROS, ‘’ Rencontres des Observateurs Solaires ‘’will take place the 13th and 14th June 2026. 
We are proud to announce some novelties for this 2026 edition.
Christian Buil and Valérie will make a demonstration of the “Sol’Ex”spectrograph. Christian Viladrich and Thierry Legault will be present also
It will be possible to test the newest Baader Planetarium H Alpha “SunDancer ii”.Also as on our previous editions, astronomical dealers will also be present at ROS 2026. You will benefit from their
expertise, famous brands as “ Daystar” ,“Lunt”, "Acuter" or "Heliostar SkyWatcher" refractors as well as all kind of sun filters will be presented.
Jean Philippe Cazard and Cathy from “Astrosurf”, among other books, will bring the indispensable “Solar Astronomy” which took form in the “ROS” at Serbannes !
